VRF / VRV Systems
Variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems allow many indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit to operate independently, so every space can set its own comfort temperature. In heat recovery models, heat drawn from one zone is transferred to another zone calling for heating at the same time — which delivers substantial energy savings, particularly on office floors with different façade orientations.

Multi and Mono Split Systems
For apartments, shops and small offices we install multi split (two to five indoor units on one outdoor unit) and mono split solutions. Where the copper pipe route, drainage fall, condensation insulation and outdoor unit placement are not set out correctly, efficiency drops and faults become frequent — we resolve these details at the design stage.
Fan Coils and Chillers
In larger buildings, a chiller and fan coil combination is the usual choice. In four-pipe systems working alongside the boiler room, the same fan coil unit cools in summer and heats in winter. We also cover hydronic balancing, pump selection and the automatic control installation.
